We love what we do and love to share our experiences with both crew and guests. As we grow our business, we look for people who are passionate about sailing and hosting our guests to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. We need seasonal skippers and hostesses who can sail for us in Croatia, Greece, Italy and Thailand. Experience is preferred, however we can train you and bring you up to speed before the season.

We are seeking qualified and experienced skippers who not only possess the necessary skills but also embody the right attitude to seamlessly blend with our company culture and provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
