About this role
Your main duties will centre around sailing and client interaction. Working hours will vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements. In this exciting role, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Skippering your yacht, which means ensuring the safety of your guests during the
week.
- General upkeep and cleanliness of your yacht, including basic maintenance tasks.
- Socialising with guests, taking part in activities, and teaching guests basic sailing
skills.
- Working as part of the flotilla team and supporting other crew with parking etc.
Any other duties as directed by the Route Manager and Lead Skipper
Requirements
RYA Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate RYA Powerboat Level 2 First Aid Level 2 ENG1 Medical Certificate
