Lead Skipper

Monitor all skippers and crew in your assigned flotilla, ensuring standards are upheld and codes of conduct are adhered to. Report to the Country Manager with regards to yacht maintenance, route planning, guest experience, and staff performance. Support other skippers during yacht check-in/out for your flotilla; including maintenance, provisioning, cleaning and all required procedural documentation. Document all incidents and damages in line with the company reporting procedures.
