Flotilla Skipper and Mate

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Flotilla Skipper to run our Informal Flotilla. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for skippering our lead boat, working alongside another crew member to guide our guests from island to island, assist with moorings, plan routes, and provide expert local knowledge. When not on charter, you will be involved in shore-based operations, assisting the sailing team to ensure the smooth running of the base. This role offers a unique blend of adventure and career growth, with ample opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading a flotilla in the South Ionian Sea. · Ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests on board. · Navigating and maintaining our yacht to the highest standards. · Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. · Assisting with base support and day sailing

Requirements:

· At least 1 season Flotilla Skipper Experience · Valid RYA Skipper licence, preferably Yachtmaster · Strong knowledge of Med mooring and long lining · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. · Right to work in Greece
