Event Manager

The Yacht Week organises sailing weeks and onshore events in destinations around the world. As Event Manager you are at the centre of operations, planning and delivering the official events throughout the sailing week, with venues varying by destination and week.

The role:

• Manage daily event schedules
• Oversee venue setups
• Make sure all operational requirements are met
• Lead the event crew on the ground
• Work closely with hosts, skippers, venue partners and central operations
• Act as the main point of contact between Yacht Week, local partners and on-site teams
• Make operational decisions in real time, covering preparation, live operations and post-event wrap-up

• Previous experience in event management or live operations is desirable
