Hilton Malta is looking for new team members to join our award-winning Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting and Executive Lounge areas, within the position of Food and Drink Attendant (Waiters/Waitresses). Whether you’re more of a morning person, prefer to work evenings, in a bar, banqueting or restaurant environment we have opportunities for you to join our team. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and feels comfortable engaging with guests and understanding their needs. Requirements
- Serve guests across different food and beverage areas including restaurants, bars, banqueting events, and the Executive Lounge
- Deliver attentive, genuine service that makes guests feel looked after from the moment they sit down
- Work morning or evening shifts depending on the area and your preferences, with real flexibility across the role
- Set up and prepare your section before service, ensuring everything is ready and presented to Hilton's standards
- Take food and drink orders accurately, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and manage your tables with confidence
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests, complaints, or special requirements
- Work as part of a multinational team in a busy five-star property, adapting to the pace of different service environments
