Junior Sales Executive - Italian Market

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals, an online marketplace that is part of Boats Group. It is hiring Junior Sales Executives for its Barcelona office to join the Italian Market team, advising Italian-speaking clients who want to book boat rentals. The contract runs for 6 to 8 months, with start dates in January, March or May 2027.

The role:

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on their boat search
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners on the platform
• Work warm leads already in your pipeline, with no cold calling
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion and guide customers through the booking until it is complete
• Keep customers satisfied so they come back to Click&Boat
• Work closely with the Supply and Customer Care teams
• Work at least one Saturday a month in the summer season, with a day off in lieu
