Carpenter

Baltic Yachts is looking for a Carpenter to join its Service & Refit team in Palma de Mallorca, which was established in 2013 and builds on more than 50 years of yacht-building experience. The job involves maintaining, repairing and improving luxury yachts.

The role:

• Work on a variety of refit and maintenance projects onboard yachts
• Carry out repairs and modifications to wooden components
• Install custom interior and exterior wooden components
• Work closely with project managers, technicians and other skilled trades
• Deliver projects to a high standard of quality and finish

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications

• Flexible and able to cope with changing priorities
• Good communication skills in Spanish and/or English
• Nice to have: experience in marine carpentry or yacht refit, knowledge of boat interiors, joinery and fine woodworking, and an understanding of yacht industry quality standards
