Junior Charter Broker Assistant

Sunreef Yachts Charter, a luxury catamaran charter company, is looking for a Junior Charter Broker Assistant to join its Dubai office. The entry-level role supports the charter brokerage team with day-to-day yacht charter enquiries.

The role:

• Support charter brokers with incoming charter enquiries
• Help prepare charter proposals, yacht presentations and itineraries
• Communicate with central agents, yacht managers and charter managers
• Update availability, rates and specifications on charter platforms such as Yachtfolio and CharterPad
• Coordinate pre-charter documentation and client information
• Keep accurate records and follow up on enquiries
• Provide administrative and operational support to the charter team

• 1–2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, travel, yachting or a premium service environment

• Comfortable with standard office tools and willing to learn charter systems
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
