Electrician / Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician / Yacht Technician

HanseYachts AG, founded in 1990, is one of the world's largest builders of series-produced sailing and motor yachts. It is looking for an electrician or technician to join its yacht production in Greifswald on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role:

• Wire boats across 12 V, 110 V and 230 V systems, with an understanding of bus systems
• Prepare cable runs in advance for electronic instruments
• Install nautical instruments such as chartplotters
• Install entertainment electronics
• Connect engines, generators, bow thrusters, LED lighting, heating and air conditioning
• Test systems and find and fix faults
• Read wiring and circuit diagrams

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or motor vehicle technician with additional qualification as a high-voltage technician, or as an electrician, or a related trade with an EffT certificate
