Infusion Laminator

Marine Resources is recruiting an experienced Infusion Laminator for a busy marine manufacturing team in Poole. The work is on a 3-month rolling contract, making composite components in a production environment.

The role:

• Carry out vacuum infusion and composite laminating work
• Prepare moulds, materials and reinforcement for the infusion process
• Set up vacuum bagging equipment and monitor infusion processes
• Work from technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping
• Work with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines

What's on offer:

• £22 per hour
• 3-month rolling contract, 40 hours per week
• Early finish on Fridays
• Potential for overtime, although this cannot be guaranteed

• Previous composite laminating experience, with vacuum infusion experience essential
• Good understanding of composite materials and laminating processes
• Ability to follow technical drawings and manufacturing instructions
• A reliable, hands-on approach and good attention to detail
