CNC Programmer (Robot & Router Machines)

Sunreef Yachts, an international luxury yacht manufacturer, is looking for a CNC Programmer in Ras Al Khaimah. The job involves creating and optimising CNC programs for robotic machining and router machines, working to a high level of precision for marine and composite manufacturing.

The role:

• Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software, with PowerMill preferred
• Generate toolpaths, run simulations and troubleshoot errors before production
• Support and operate multi-axis CNC machines
• Optimise programs for cycle time, material efficiency and machining quality
• Carry out full machine setup, including tooling, fixtures and calibration
• Monitor machining and adjust parameters for accuracy and quality
• Carry out routine machine maintenance
• Keep clear documentation of revisions and machining processes and follow company safety standards

• 2-5 years of CNC programming experience, router experience preferred
• Advanced PowerMill proficiency
• Intermediate AutoCAD knowledge for interpreting technical drawings
• Ability to read CAD files and engineering drawings
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Alphacam, basic SolidWorks and 5-axis, 3-axis or C-axis machining are advantageous
• Experience in marine, boat building, composite or tooling industries preferred
