Junior Project Manager in Yacht Building

Sunreef Yachts is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the Head of Project Management at its yard in Ras Al-Khaimah. The role covers the construction of new luxury yachts, from planning and resources to client liaison and quality.

The role:

• Help develop and maintain project plans and schedules, and keep to project milestones
• Monitor daily progress, resolve issues during production and report to the Head of Project Management
• Coordinate departments, approved third-party contractors and on-board activity
• Identify and allocate manpower, materials and equipment within budget
• Act as the link between client and shipyard, guiding clients through customisation and aligning expectations on quality checks and delivery
• Resolve technical issues with engineers, designers, production teams and suppliers, and run regular project meetings
• Anticipate schedule risks and propose ways to reduce them
• Work with the Quality Control team on inspections and audits to meet class and owner requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering (or equivalent)
• 4 to 6 years of relevant project management experience in shipbuilding or marine engineering
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and planning skills
• Ability to produce and present clear reports
• Able to delegate tasks and manage people professionally
• Turkish speaker preferred but not mandatory
