Logistics Coordinator

Sunreef Yachts is looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Ras Al Khaimah. The job involves managing logistics for yacht operations, including procurement, shipping, inventory control and delivery of materials, spare parts and equipment, so that yacht construction, maintenance and operations are supported on time and at sensible cost.

The role:

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of yacht parts, materials and equipment
• Manage local and international shipments by air, sea and land
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and internal departments
• Prepare import and export documentation, including customs clearance
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels of critical spare parts
• Support yacht builds and refit projects by ensuring materials are available when needed
• Prepare logistics reports and work to reduce logistics costs and improve supply chain efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the marine, yacht or shipbuilding industry
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations and documentation
• Experience working with international suppliers and freight forwarders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of marine parts and yacht operations is an advantage
