Material Issuance / Parts Tracker in Production

Sunreef Yachts is a luxury yacht builder specialising in bespoke catamarans and multihull superyachts. This full-time role in Ras Al-Khaimah supports production by controlling the flow of materials, parts and inventory records so that teams have the right items at the right time.

The role:

• Issue raw materials, components and spare parts to production against approved requisitions
• Track material consumption and update inventory records in the ERP system
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement or warehouse team
• Reconcile issued, returned and consumed materials daily
• Keep accurate parts-tracking records throughout production
• Check material quantities and part numbers before issuing
• Coordinate with production supervisors on material requirements and priorities
• Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts and reports on material usage and discrepancies

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience reconciling issued, returned and consumed materials
• Experience supporting stock counts, cycle counts and inventory audits
• Strong accuracy in verifying part numbers and quantities
• Experience coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse and procurement teams
• Working proficiency in English
• Availability to work overtime when required
• Experience using Odoo for inventory or material tracking is a plus
