Customer Success Manager

Dynamic Dollies & Racks, founded in 2013, makes dollies and racks for the small boat market, used at major regattas and yacht clubs in the US and abroad. This full-time role in Portsmouth, Rhode Island leads direct to consumer sales and customer support, and oversees order fulfilment and stock levels. It reports to the General Manager and works alongside the production staff.

The role:

• Lead direct to consumer sales and customer service for both D2C and dealer customers
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Oversee the accuracy and quality of picking, packing, labelling and shipping
• Keep stock levels accurate through regular cycle counts with production staff, reconciling them with accounting data alongside the General Manager
• Balance inventory to meet demand and prevent stockouts
• Write customer-friendly assembly instructions for the dollies and racks
