Bosun

A 44 metre private and charter motor yacht operating a single-season Mediterranean program, with seven charters already confirmed for the upcoming season is searching for a Bosun to join their team!This is a seasonal role running from ASAP until the end of September (could be extended depending on charters).Great salary on offer (DOE) plus great charter tips, with a strong, active, and team-focused crew environment onboard. Seven charters already booked and confirmed for the upcoming Med season. Role Overview: Bosun role leading deck operations throughout a busy charter season, so you must have Bosun experience on similar sized yachts to be considered for this role.Responsible for deck maintenance, tender and chase boat operations, and supporting guest activities and watersports.Hands-on leadership position suited to a strong and motivated candidate who can drive standards and team performance.Both Female and Male crew are welcome to apply for this role.

Minimum of two seasons’ charter experience, with proven Bosun-level responsibilityYachtmaster Commercially Endorsed in hand and navigational watch experience preferred.Chase boat driving experience essential (the yacht runs with an Axopar 11m twin outboard)AEC 1 & 2 considered a strong advantage. No visible tattoos.You must hold a Schengen visa/European passport in hand to be considered.Start date: ASAP!
