Deckhand

Seven Seas Recruitment is recruiting for a new-build 75m+ private motor yacht that is looking for an experienced Deckhand. The yacht joins in Australia on 1 December and will then follow an extensive world-cruising programme.

The role:

• Take part in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the yacht
• Carry out general deck duties
• Run tender operations
• Help with water-sports and guest activities during the cruising programme
• Work as part of an established deck team and develop your skills

What's on offer:

• Competitive salary depending on experience
• 3 months on, 1 month off rotation
• Annual training allowance of up to $2,000 after successful completion of probation

• Around one to two years of previous yachting experience, ideally on a similar sized motor yacht
• Yachtmaster qualification
• At least one additional skill or qualification in fishing or diving
• Enthusiastic, hands-on and comfortable working within a deck team
