Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-end cuisine for both guests and crew, always maintaining the highest standards. Working closely with your Sous Chef, you will lead the galley with confidence, creativity, and strong organisational skills, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a grounded, team-focused professional-this is a no-drama environment, and we value hard-working, positive individuals who contribute to a strong crew dynamic. Candidate Profile
- Proven longevity in previous roles
- Minimum 3 years as head chef on 12(+) guests charter yachts.
- Experience on 80m+ yachts is essential
- Experience managing and mentoring a Sous Chef
- Strong background in both private and charter programs
- Ability to produce refined, high-end cuisine under pressure
- Solid experience in baking and chocolate work
- Highly organised, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Confident catering to a variety of dietary requirements
- Excellent references
Requirements
Ship's cook certificate. Food hygiene level 3, B1B2, Schengen Visa/EU presidency, STCW BST, PDSD
- Food portfolio (photos)
- Minimum 7-day charter menu plan (including gluten-free and vegan options)
- Guest sample menu (preferred but not essential)
