SOUS CHEF - 49M PRIVATE/CHARTER M/Y We are currently seeking a male or female Sous Chef to join a 49m Motor Yacht with a dynamic private/charter programme and exciting upcoming itinerary. Position Details: Start Date: ASAP Location: Palma de Mallorca Programme: Private/Charter Itinerary: Mediterranean → Atlantic Crossing → USA → Caribbean (Winter) → Pacific (end of 2026) Package: Salary: DOE Leave: 3.5 days per month (currently under review for increase) Bonus: 13th month bonus Tips: Additional tips during charter periods Medical: Covered on and off the vessel
Requirements
Valid STCW & ENG1 Food & Hygiene Level 2 (FHL2) Valid B1/B2 visa (essential) Previous experience as a Sous Chef on yachts or strong restaurant background Passion for healthy, fresh, and well-balanced cuisine Ability to support Head Chef across all galley operations Strong organisation, cleanliness, and teamwork skills
