About this role
An exciting opportunity for a Third Chef to join a new build 100m+ yacht with a strong, collaborative galley team and a structured 2:2 rotation. The role:
- Preparing healthy, varied meals for 35+ crew
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the galley
- Working within a supportive, team-focused galley environment
- Dual-season program with a very busy schedule - please note there will be lots of guest trips within this role
- Start date: early to mid-July, perfect for those with notices to work or commitments
Requirements
- Ideally previous experience on 80m+ yachts
- Confident cooking for large crew numbers
- Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background preferred
- Pastry skills advantageous
- Positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
