Chief Stewardess

Seven Seas Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an 80m+ private motor yacht for an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess. The yacht runs an extensive international cruising programme across two seasons and the role starts in early December, with a full handover.

The role:

• Lead and oversee an interior department of eight
• Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards
• Keep the day-to-day running of the interior smooth
• Bring fresh ideas to the guest experience, including bespoke activities, themed events and special occasions
• Take ownership of the interior operation while working closely with the wider senior crew
• Motivate the team and lead by example

• Previous Chief Stewardess experience, ideally on a yacht of comparable size (experienced Heads of Service with substantial leadership experience may be considered)
• Strong leadership, organisation and team-management skills

• Valid B1/B2 and European passport/Schengen visas
• All relevant, up-to-date certification
