Guest Experience Lead (Seasonal)

Rockley is looking for a Guest Experience Lead for the April to October season at its Buddens Activity Centre near Poole, Dorset. The role supports the Guest Experience Manager in looking after every aspect of the guest experience at the centre.

The role:

• Support the Guest Experience Manager and Coordinator in providing a safe, well organised and happy environment for guests and team
• Act as a role model and help with the pastoral care of the centre team
• Act as Duty Manager as required, including overnight duties
• Support the running of the site shop
• Gather guest feedback before and during visits and help adjust the programme
• Answer telephone enquiries, monitor the centre inbox and keep administration up to date
• Work with the activity delivery team, clients and contractors to keep facilities safe and well maintained
• Make sure clients and staff follow safety procedures and policies

This is a fixed term annualised hours role averaging 32 hours a week, five days in seven, including weekends and evenings.

• Desirable: Level 2 Food Hygiene
• Desirable: a relevant activity qualification (PSI, ERCA Generic Instructor, Archery GB Instructor)
• Desirable: experience mentoring and developing staff
