Beach Manager

Neilson is looking for a Beach Manager to lead the beach operation at one of its Beachclubs across the Mediterranean for Summer 2027, running from April to November. The role is hands-on and suits an experienced watersports professional who is confident leading a team.

The role:

• Lead everything that happens on the beach
• Manage, motivate and develop the beach team
• Make sure the watersports programme is safe, professional and fun
• Work closely with the Activity Manager to plan and deliver the programme
• Maintain high standards across the operation
• Build good relationships with guests and the team

Priority will be given to candidates available for the full season, from April to early November.

• Approachable, enthusiastic and mature, positive approach
