Centre / Attraction Manager

Carlingford Adventure Centre is a family-owned adventure centre in Carlingford, County Louth, offering over 40 activities and a 350-bed hostel. It is looking for a permanent Centre / Attraction Manager to lead the Centre and Skypark Carlingford, working through departmental heads.

The role:

• Lead and support departmental heads across activities, catering, housekeeping, front-of-house, maintenance and guest services
• Oversee adventure activities on land, sea and sky, accommodation, food service and special events
• Ensure full health and safety compliance and a positive safety culture
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service
• Manage rotas, budgets, stock and resources for smooth daily operations
• Deliver flagship events such as Adventure Lights and corporate programmes
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team on offers, events and guest communications
• Take financial accountability for centre performance

What's on offer:

• Salary of €50,000 per year plus an attractive bonus

• 8-10 years' management experience in adventure, hospitality or tourism operations
• Proven success leading multi-department teams and high-volume operations
• Strong background in health and safety, compliance and guest service
• Confident in budget management, staff planning and operational systems
• Degree in Business, Hospitality or Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Available for evenings and weekends as part of a management rota
