RYA Dinghy Instructor

Rye Watersports is an RYA Training Centre on a large coastal lake near Camber Sands, offering RYA tuition in sailing, windsurfing and wingfoiling from March to November. It is recruiting instructors to join the team in 2027.

The role:

• Deliver RYA courses within the National and Youth Schemes
• Help with the upkeep and maintenance of equipment
• Work on the land and give excellent customer service
• Work with the existing team to deliver safe, good quality sessions
• Work five days a week, including weekends and bank holidays
