Watersports Instructor

Our season runs from 28 April to 6 October, and ideally, we like you to stay for the entire duration. However, we do need additional staff at peak season in July and August as well. The minimum period of employment is 12 weeks. We do pay a living wage along with accommodation on a shared basis and a contribution to travel expenses. We do expect you to be near-fluent in English and every other language you speak is a bonus; we’re especially looking for German, Dutch, Swedish and Italian speakers.

If you are a qualified instructor comfortable sailing a variety of boats in high winds, often with novice crew, then you might like to join our team! Obviously, you’ll improve your own high wind skills through the season and have the opportunity to try out our fleet of over 70 dinghies and catamarans ranging from Optimists to 49er, and Hobie Dragoons to Tornados. Our clients vary from absolute beginners to Olympic champions. The village and the island are truly beautiful and the atmosphere both on and off the water is excellent – our fun and laid-back ambiance is perhaps our most important asset! (Oh, and we were given the gold award for the BTA best small sport/activity holiday company too!)
