Water-sports Instructor

Each year we have a wide range of exciting positions available from watersports instructors to waiting staff, tennis coaches to spa therapists and receptionists to bartenders. We employ chefs, drivers, childcare staff, restaurant hosts and more. If you are passionate about what you do, we would love to hear from you. A season with us is hard work and not for those just looking for an extended summer holiday. It’s not all work and no play – in your spare time, as well as being able to explore the island and experience the local food and culture, you will have access to the club’s watersports facilities, allowing you to hone your existing skills or learn new ones in sailing and windsurfing.

Deliver high-quality instruction in dinghy sailing, windsurfing or wingfoiling, depending on qualifications. Ensure high standards of safety, supervision and professionalism on the water. Run daily progression sessions tailored to different ages and abilities. Deliver fun, confidence-building group sessions for younger guests. Welcome guests warmly and act as a friendly, encouraging presence around the beach. Provide clear safety cover and support guests during all water-based activities. Assist with the daily maintenance and organisation of equipment and beach areas. Support the weekly Race Day and help create an enjoyable, inclusive event. Assist the childcare team with water-based activities for children. Contribute to “bad weather” programmes and alternative activities. Take part in evening events, including the weekly beach team skit. Talk confidently about the club and help guests discover what’s on offer. Build friendly relationships with guests and deliver excellent service at all times. Support smooth club operations by taking on additional tasks when needed.
