Surf Instructor
About this role
We are looking for surf instructors to join our surf teams in France and Spain in 2025. In order to work with us, you need a minimum ASI Level 1 Surfing Instructor, current surf rescue, current first aid certificates and able to speak basic French or Spanish to teach beginner and intermediate surfing sessions on beginner level surf beaches (1½ft or ½ metre) and intermediate level surf beaches (3ft or 1 metre). What you get: Short-term employment contract (May to September/October) in either France or Spain, access to surf, food and accommodation in our surf camp, working with a fun, young and dynamic team and a summer by the sea!
Requirements
— Surf Instructor Qualification – not older than one year; earliest expiry date is mid- October 2026 — Lifeguarding Certificate – must be up-to-date and valid for 2026 — CRB (Criminal Record Check) – must be up-to-date for 2026 — Medical Certificate – up-to-date for 2026; must show you’re capable of teaching surfing — European Passport – copy of — Proof of surf-related work experience in Europe – at least 8 months (full time) with valid certificate — Proof of Ability to speak French – school certificate or similar.
