Deckhand/Dive Instructor

Explorer Ventures, a liveaboard dive operator, is looking for a deckhand and dive instructor on a relief or full-time basis. The source does not state where the role is based.

The role:

• Work as a deckhand on board the vessel
• Teach diving as an active dive instructor
• Carry out physically demanding work over long days

• Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) rating or above with an internationally recognised certification agency, in active teaching status
• STCW-95-2010 basic training
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work long days doing physically demanding work
• Preferred: previous liveaboard experience or extensive day-boat experience
• Preferred: multiple specialties
• Preferred: ability to transit the U.S.
